Please read and follow these steps to be fully registered. Online registration must be completed in order to receive a practice permit.
Step 1: Register Online by clicking on "Register Now" (above). All paperwork must be electronically submitted and fully completed prior to participating in any sports. No exceptions.
New users will be asked to create an account. Information will NOT be saved until you click "Submit" at the end of online registration.
"Returning Users" should use the username and password that were previously created. If you do not remember your user name and/or password, please call 262-763-0200 x1135, x1260 or x1258 to have it reset. DO NOT CREATE A SECOND ACCOUNT.
Step 2: Each student athlete must have a completed WIAA Sports Physical Card on file in the Athletics office at Burlington High School. Student do not have to turn in an alternate year card. Alternate year cards are included within the online registration paperwork.
- Physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years. Physical examination taken before April 1 is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following year.

Step 3: Activity Fee Payment: There is a $75 activity fee to participate in Athletics at Burlington High School ($150/family). Payments are to be made in the Burlington High School Athletic Office. Payments can not be made online. $75 is for the entire school year; whether you participate in one sport or three sports.
Step 4: Get a Practice Permit: Once you have completed the online registration, turned in your WIAA Sports Physical Card, and paid the $75 Activity Fee, the student will be issued a Practice Permit. Students MUST come to the Athletics Office to obtain a Practice Permit. Students must give their coach a Practice Permit in order to participate. If the student does not have a Practice Permit they may NOT participate in tryouts/practices.
Practice Permits may be picked up on the following dates:
Monday, July 16 from 1-5pm
Wednesday, July 25 from 8am-4pm
Monday, July 30 from 8am-4pm
Monday, August 6 thru Thursday, August 30 (Mon-Thurs) from 8am-3pm
